Shipping & Return

Shipping

Shipments of goods are made daily from Monday to Friday once the customer has specified the delivery address. In case of changing the address once the order is already in the shipping phase, the additional charges will be paid by the customer. The package will be delivered, in a period of 2 to 7 days, with the exception of holiday periods and sales that may increase our deadlines. Shipping costs will be recorded in the order and they include only the transport of the goods to any point of the European union (except Ceuta and Melilla) and their delivery to the customer’s address. If you want to make a shipment outside the European union, please note that buyer is responsible about any tax required for importing goods outside UE. We cannot provide an estimate of that added cost since final charges vary around the world. Please refer to your local authorities for more information.

We ship with UPS & FEDEX

We ship through UPS and it is mandatory to sign the delivery note confirming the delivery of the package. If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will leave you a notice, indicating how to pick up your package. Ups will try to deliver the package anyway. In case of damage due to transport, the customer must record it on the delivery note. Claims for damage caused by transport will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt and delivery of the goods. Upon delivery of the merchandise, the customer will receive the appropriate delivery note.

 

Delivery time and availability

1. We will send the products to the customer to the delivery address informed when placing the order.

2. When placing the order the shipping costs will be shown before making the purchase. In case of return of the merchandise (art. 44 of the law of retail trade management), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Delivery time of each product is visible on the page, more specifically in its description. The calculation of the delivery period is based on working days and hours. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday unless expressly stated otherwise. All orders placed on business day before 12:00 in the morning will be handled on the same day, orders placed after that time will be sent the next day. Also all orders placed outside working hours will be processed in the next working day. For orders of more than one product, the delivery date will be the one corresponding to the product that indicates the longest term. In cases where the volume of orders entails the reduction of available stock or the end of stocks, a new delivery period will be communicated to the customer and it will always be as short as possible. In case that the product is discontinued or it is not possible to replenish its stocks, the customer will be notified to select a new product with similar characteristics and price or cancel the order, in which case the amount payed will be refund. If there is a breach of more than 15 days on the expected delivery date, the customer may request the refund of the payed amount.

4. Products will be delivered according to the chosen option once we have checked its payment has been executed correctly.

5. We consider hours and days as working hours and days and so we exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If for some reason attributable to BONMOT Community this period is exceeded, we will notify the customer of the incident and propose him alternative solutions.

6. It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the available stock limits. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we promise to send the customer an email as soon as possible (from the date he placed the order) to inform him of the period in which we can send the product or products. In case the customer prefers not to wait, he can request the refund of the amount payed for the products.

 

Return Policy

1. In accordance with the provisions of article 71 of royal legislative decree 1/2007, of the general law for the defense of consumers and users, the buyer can return all products purchased within fourteen days from the delivery of the goods in the same conditions in which they were delivered. The seller, on the other hand, will return the amount paid by the buyer without withholding of expenses, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which he has been informed of the withdrawal decision by the buyer. Cancellation of orders or returns of products after the indicated deadlines will not be accepted.

2. If you find anything wrong with your order, you must inform us as soon as possible after you receive it. Contact our customer service at contact@bonmotbrand.com and they will inform you of the steps to follow for product replacement.

3. Returns must be sent prepaid to the following address: Transportes del Maresme. c/ Industria nº 1 (plaza). 08349 – Cabrera de Mar (Barcelona).

4. To return the products properly, you must follow these instructions:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products may not have been used so that their value is reduced or impaired.
  • You must attach the packing slip in the packaging.
 

5. Once the products arrive at our warehouse, we will check that they are in good condition. If the returned products do not suit the established conditions for returns or they are damaged, we reserve the right to pay a lower amount for the damaged product or products.

6. Once we have checked that the products are in good condition we will reimburse the amount payed using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction or we will contact you to replace the affected items.

7. Revocations of orders or returns of merchandise will not be accepted after the indicated deadlines.

 

Withdrawal form

BONMOT Community provides this form to all customers who, once having placed an order on our website, wish to withdraw and cancel it. In order to make the right of withdrawal easier, the customer must fill in all fields.
