CONDITIONS OF SALES
The Legal Notice published on this website identifies its owner as established in Art. 10 of the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the personal data protection policy.
Products offered on this website are intended for consumption, so the contract of sale is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of the order. BONMOT COMMUNITY recommends you to read these conditions carefully before placing an order.
This contract is concluded in the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of January 15 on retail trade management, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 3/2014, of March 27.
Conditions of sales are as follows:
1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
1.1. Features of the products sold on this site appear on the screen next to their visual identification.
2. INFORMATION AND PRICING
2.1. Please read carefully products features before placing an order. The images shown may differ slightly from the final product. In case of doubt, please contact us before making your purchase.
2.2. Characteristics and price of each product will be those shown on the screen except mistake or omission. Items will be available for sale until the end of their stock. All prices are in euros and inclusive of legally applicable VAT, are current and valid at the time of acceptance of the order by us, except in case of graphic mistake or omission.
2.3. Sales are properly marked and identified. Its validity period is effective while they appear on the web.
2.4. All prices shown on our Online Store are inclusive of Spanish legally applicable VAT.
2.5. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products. Shipping costs are paid by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these costs before confirming the order and ending the purchase process.
2.6. Expenses for duties and taxes are not included in the product price. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser.
2.7. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, we will apply the current prices shown on our site at the time of placing the order by the Customer.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
3.1. To place an order, the Customer must be at least 18 years old.
3.2. The customer must select the wished products informing the number of items and clicking on the “add to shopping cart” button. The customer can view at any time the contents of the shopping cart (by clicking on “view cart”) to check the selected items, their prices, taxes and shipping costs will be informed at the end of the purchase process. From this same window, the customer can correct, change or cancel the selected products before sending the order.
When finishing selecting products, please click “End purchase”.
The last step is to check that your personal data are correct, select a shipping address, select the method of payment and, in case the chosen method is by credit card, you will be redirected to the REDSYS payment gateway.
3.3. Once you have placed the order, we will send you a copy of your order by email.
3.4. When placing an order, it will be understood that all general conditions contained in this page are accepted.
3.5. Despite our best efforts to supply all the products contained in your order, it may happen that it will be impossible to do so, for example, if some items are out of stock.
In that case, we will contact the Customer to inform him and maybe suggest him alternative products that may wish to buy.
If the Customer does not accept our suggestions we will remove the non supplied items from the order and refund the amount paid for such items.
That refund of the amount will be the limit of our responsibility towards the Customer in case it was impossible for us to supply the requested products. In the case of not having one or more products requested and been impossible to contact with the Customer, the company reserves the right to cancel the affected products and send the remaining part of the order. In case the Customer receives the order and disagree, we will apply the return policy specified on the Right of Withdrawal section.
3.6. Along with the order, the customer will receive a receipt or invoice issued by BONMOT COMMUNITY
3.7. To check the status of an order you can contact us using the contact form on the website, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.8. You can also cancel an already placed order as long as it has not reached the shipping phase. This cancellation can be done through the contact form.
4. METHODS OF PAYMENT
4.1. The payment of the products will be made through one of the methods of payment detailed below:
– Credit or debit card:
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, the order will not be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank.
Online payment by credit card is made through the “Secure Socket Layer” security system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the internet. For security reasons, BONMOT COMMUNITY verifies all orders paid by bank card. We accept American Express, Maestro cards and any Visa and Mastercard registered in the Redsys secure payment system.
4.2. If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, BONMOT COMMUNITY reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
5. WRIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PURCHASES
5.1. In accordance with the provisions of Article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the buyer can return all products purchased within fourteen days from the delivery of the goods in the same conditions in which they were delivered.
The seller, on the other hand, will return the amount paid by the buyer without withholding of expenses, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which he has been informed of the withdrawal decision by the buyer.
Cancellation of orders or returns of products after the indicated deadlines will not be accepted.
5.2. Returns must be sent prepaid to the following address: Jomarc Logistic Valles, S.L. C / Isaac Albeniz, 16 nave 6, 0844 – Cardedeu. For any possible incident or claim, we recommend you to send us an email to email@example.com .
5.3. If you find anything wrong with your order, you must inform us as soon as possible after you receive it. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will inform you of the steps to follow for product replacement.
5.4. To return the products properly, you must follow these instructions:
•Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Products may not have been used so that their value is reduced or impaired.
•You must attach the delivery note in the packaging with the reason for return written by hand on it for a quick and correct management of the process.
•You must fill in the following form and send it to us by post or electronic mail to the address listed below.
5.5. Once the products arrive at our warehouse, we will check that they are in good condition. If the returned products do not suit the established conditions for returns or they are damaged, we reserve the right to pay a lower amount for the damaged product or products.
5.6. Once we have checked that the products are in good condition we will reimburse the amount payed using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction or we will contact you to replace the affected items.
5.7. Revocations of orders or returns of merchandise will not be accepted after the indicated deadlines.
Withdrawal Form. BONMOT COMMUNITY provides this form to all customers who, once having placed an order on our website, wish to withdraw and cancel it. In order to make the right of withdrawal easier, the customer must fill in all fields.

6. DELIVERY TIME AND AVAILABILITY
6.1. We will send the products to the Customer to the delivery address informed when placing the order.
6.2. When placing the order the shipping costs will be shown before making the purchase. In case of return of the merchandise (Art.44 of the Law of Retail Trade Management), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6.3. Delivery time of each product is visible on the page, more specifically in its description. The calculation of the delivery period is based on working days and hours. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday unless expressly stated otherwise. All orders placed on business day before 12:00 in the morning will be handled on the same day, orders placed after that time will be sent the next day. Also all orders placed outside working hours will be processed in the next working day. For orders of more than one product, the delivery date will be the one corresponding to the product that indicates the longest term. In cases where the volume of orders entails the reduction of available stock or the end of stocks, a new delivery period will be communicated to the customer and it will always be as short as possible. In case that the product is discontinued or it is not possible to replenish its stocks, the customer will be notified to select a new product with similar characteristics and price or cancel the order, in which case the amount payed will be refund. If there is a breach of more than 15 days on the expected delivery date, the customer may request the refund of the payed amount.
6.4. Products will be delivered according to the chosen option once we have checked its payment has been executed correctly.
6.5. We consider hours and days as working hours and days and so we exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If for some reason attributable to BONMOT COMMUNITY this period is exceeded, we will notify the Customer of the incident and propose him alternative solutions.
6.6. It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the available stock limits. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we promise to send the Customer an email as soon as possible (from the date he placed the order) to inform him of the period in which we can send the product or products.
In case the Customer prefers not to wait, he can request the refund of the amount payed for the products.
7.1. Shipments of goods are made daily from Monday to Friday once the Customer has specified the delivery address. In case of changing the address once the order is already in the shipping phase, the additional charges will be paid by the Customer. The package will be delivered, in a period of 2 to 7 days, with the exception of holiday periods and sales that may increase our deadlines. Shipping costs will be recorded in the order and they include only the transport of the goods to any point of the European Union (except Ceuta and Melilla) and their delivery to the customer’s address. If you want to make a shipment outside the European Union, please note that buyer is responsible about any tax required for importing goods outside EU. We can not provide an estimate of that added cost since final charges vary around the world. Please refer to your local authorities for more information.

We ship with UPS
We ship through UPS and it is mandatory to sign the delivery note confirming the delivery of the package. If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will leave you a notice, indicating how to pick up your package. UPS will try to deliver the package anyway.
In case of damage due to transport, the customer must record it on the delivery note. Claims for damage caused by transport will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt and delivery of the goods. Upon delivery of the merchandise, the customer will receive the appropriate delivery note.
8. OBLIGATIONS FROM BONMOT COMMUNITY AND FROM THE CUSTOMER
8.1. BONMOT COMMUNITY undertakes to make available to the Customer all the necessary information about offered products on the website as well as about orders. BONMOT COMMUNITY is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in case of force majeure or foul by the Customer or of an unforeseeable fact by a person outside the contract.
8.2. The Customer undertakes to fill in order forms according to the given instructions. The Customer also undertakes to pay the product price, including taxes and shipping costs.
8.3. BONMOT COMMUNITY will not be responsable for the consequences of improper use of the products sold on this Online Store.
